What Makes The RAIS 600 ART Wood Burning Stoves Exceptional
Customisable Design
Personalise your 600 Art with handle materials, colours, and door type. Choose between glass or steel doors to match your interior. Optional side glass extends the flame view, while the swivel base allows you to rotate the stove for optimal viewing from any angle.
Glass or Steel Door
Choose between an elegant glass door for unobstructed flame views or a classic steel door for a more traditional look. Both options feature RAIS's quality craftsmanship and clean combustion technology, ensuring efficient and environmentally responsible burning.
Optional Base Unit
The 600 Art is available with or without a base unit. The base unit raises the stove to a comfortable viewing height while creating a practical storage space underneath for logs and accessories. Without the base, the stove sits lower for a more integrated fireplace look.
CleverAir Technology
CleverAir automatically adjusts the air supply for optimal combustion. This intelligent system ensures efficient burning with minimal user intervention, reducing fuel consumption while maximising heat output. Simply light the fire and let CleverAirâ„¢ handle the rest.

Frequently Asked Questions
What door options are available for the 600 Art?
The 600 Art offers both glass and steel door options. The glass door provides unobstructed views of the flames, while the steel door offers a more traditional solid appearance. Both are available with or without the base unit, giving you four configuration choices.
What is CleverAir?
CleverAir is RAIS's automatic combustion control system that monitors and adjusts the air supply to maintain optimal burning conditions. It ensures efficient combustion with minimal intervention, reducing fuel consumption while maximising heat output and minimising emissions.
Can I add side glass to the 600 Art?
Yes optional side glass panels are available for the 600 Art, extending the flame view to the sides of the stove. This creates a panoramic viewing experience and makes the stove a stunning focal point visible from multiple angles.
Is the 600 Art suitable for low-energy houses?
Yes the 600 Art features AirKit fresh air connection, which draws combustion air from outside rather than from the living space. This is essential for modern airtight homes and ensures optimal combustion without compromising indoor air quality.
What is the efficiency of the 600 Art?
The 600 Art achieves 77% efficiency with an A energy rating. The combination of CleverAir automatic control, AirKit fresh air supply, and heat-accumulating stones ensures optimal combustion and maximum heat extraction from every log.
Does the 600 Art come with a base unit?
The 600 Art is available with or without a base unit. The base unit raises the stove for comfortable viewing and provides practical storage space underneath. Both versions share the same combustion chamber and performance characteristics.
How heavy is the RAIS 600 Art?
The RAIS 600 Art weighs 176 kg. This substantial weight reflects the quality steel construction and heat-accumulating stones that ensure excellent heat retention and long-lasting performance.
What are the combustion chamber dimensions?
The combustion chamber measures 543 x 255 x 404 mm (width x depth x height), providing ample space for logs and ensuring efficient, clean combustion. The large chamber accommodates standard firewood sizes while maintaining optimal airflow.
Is the 600 Art DEFRA certified?
Yes the RAIS 600 Art is DEFRA exempt and certified for use in UK smoke control areas. The clean combustion technology meets strict emissions standards, making it suitable for urban and suburban installations.
Can I rotate the 600 Art stove?
