How long does a typical project take?
From initial consultation to installation, most projects take 8-12 weeks. Bespoke or complex installations may require additional time. In a hurry? If we have stock available in the UK, and space in the diary, our fastest turnaround has been 2 days.
Do you work with my architect or builder?
Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers. We work from their technical drawings and specifications and integrate seamlessly into your project.
What areas do you cover?
Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Hertfordshire, London, the Home Counties and the UK. We are based in Marlow near the M40, M25 and M4.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Our constructional work is covered by a one year guarantee. All our fireplaces come with comprehensive manufacturers' warranties on workmanship and materials. See our separate warranty section for more information.
