Complete hassle free process from start to finish, we really didn't know what we wanted or what options were available so Henry took the time to talk us through the options and answer our rookie questions.

Installation was also hassle free, a team of 3 turned up at 9am and were finished by lunchtime, including a demonstration of use and knowledge transfer. Plenty of dust sheets were used and they thoroughly tidied up so other than a nice new shiny stove, you wouldn't have known they had been here.

Marlow Stoves did a fantastic job of laying our hearth and installing our log burner. They made the process very easy and, despite issues with their suppliers, went above and beyond to make sure we had a log burner in time for Christmas. The team in the office and the installation team have both been fantastic; very professional, helpful and communicative. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Marlow Stoves provided a fantastic service from the initial survey to installation and aftercare. Henry Folley came to our house to do the survey and discuss the best options for us, then throughout the process, we were kept informed of the progress of our order and installation date. On the day of installation, Henry and his team arrived at the time stated, they covered the entire room with dust sheets and plastic covering, before they started the installation. The installation went smoothly without any issues and once completed the house was left spotless. Henry then showed us how to light the stove and recommend firelighters and suppliers of kiln-dried logs in the area.
As stated before it was a fantastic service.

Marlow Stoves have supplied and fitted four gas stoves for me - RAIS, Chesney and Stovax brands. They've also supplied bespoke marble and metalwork. The team have worked with me through a long renovation and have been absolutely fantastic, despite numerous challenges along the way. They're knowledgeable, honest and get the job done properly. We cannot recommend Marlow Stoves highly enough. After finding out we had a leaking chimney we started looking around for a solution. We visited Henry at Marlow Stoves to get ideas. After selecting the Pevex Serenity 50 multi fuel stove, the team came to survey, quote and install. Very tidy and no disturbance during the installation. We are very pleased with the result and look forward to the winter fires.

I had a HETAS wood burning stove fitted with hearth and mantel. Gareth and the team were extremely professional and friendly. They cleaned up everything after installation and left the site very tidy. They explained how to use the stove and how to clean it at length. We had our beautiful Contura soap stone log burner installed yesterday by a team of three who did an absolutely sterling job. They explained everything they were going to do along the way. They were very respectful of our house. Everything was covered properly and any mess was cleaned up before they left. Once the burner was installed they explained clearly how to maintain it and how to use it. Perfect, we are all set for winter now and can't wait to use it.They were also very polite and didn't stop working until the job was complete. The communication with the shop itself has been fantastic. They are so obliging and can't do enough to help. I highly recommend this store.

We had a great experience with Marlow Stoves from start to finish. The whole team that we dealt with - Henry, Lucie, Galveston and Gareth - were all very friendly and helpful. They gave us useful recommendations from our requirements, but with no hard sell. The price was very reasonable, the installation into our existing fireplace was speedy and issue-free, and we’ve been enjoying the fire ever since now that the cold winter has arrived!

We absolutely love our Rais Q Tee C stove from Marlow Stoves. We wanted something that was more Scandi than cottage and this one definitely hits the brief.

The three G's as I will call them (Galveston, Gareth and Glen) recently installed our log burner. I was so impressed with their work ethics, knowledge and politeness. Before contacting Marlow Stoves I read a review where the person said he had numerous quotes and wished he had just gone direct to Marlow Stoves. That review influenced my decision because that is what I did. I had no price comparison because dealing with Henry and the showroom team I felt reassured I was making the right choice.

Not actually bought anything yet (but about to place an order today for a Kamado Joe BBQ). All I can say is that up to this point the customer service has been fantastic; fast and attentive responses to questions, a willingness to help and absolutely no pressure at all. Someone else has written how they felt like their only customer with the way they were treated and the time spent. I already feel like that and have so far only been getting a quote from them. It has been a pleasure thus far, hopefully the ordering and installation will be equally as good but based upon experience thus far I have no doubt at all that they will maintain their level of service. Highly recommend Marlow Stoves. Incredibly professional and very helpful from start to finish. Helped identify deficiencies with our chimney and stove and arranged to have these sorted in a timely manner.

Harry and Galviston were very professional installing and checking the log burner covered all the furniture and made sure the site was clean and tidy when they left. They also explained the operation of the log burner very clearly and made sure we were OK with it.

Fantastic choice of stoves. Lucie was really helpful and there was so much choice of stoves and beams / surrounds. We're really happy with both choices and the service was great - installation was quick and the installers were very pleasant and informative.
