For customers looking for a little more assistance, our White Glove Delivery service includes carrying your new fire or stove into your home, placing it in your chosen room and removing all packaging.
Delivery is available within our standard service area, with locations further afield available by arrangement.
Questions about delivery
What if I'm outside the 50-mile radius?
Get in touch anyway. We can sometimes arrange delivery further out, or point you to a trusted courier who can bring your stove the rest of the way.
Do you install or fit the stove?
White glove delivery covers carrying in and placing the stove only. If you need it connected to a flue, hearth, or fitted by an installer, tell us when you order and we'll point you in the right direction.
What should I have ready before delivery?
A clear path from where we park to the room the stove's going in. Let us know about stairs, narrow doorways, or tight corners in advance — our stoves are heavy, and a little warning means we bring the right equipment and team size.
Do you take the packaging away?
Yes — pallet, crate and wrapping all leave with us on the day.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes, just let us know as early as you can and we'll find another slot that works.
What white glove delivery means
Carried in with care
A two-person team carries the stove from the van into your home, with floor protection and padding the whole way.
Placed in the room you choose
Not just through the door — we position it in its final spot, ready for your installer if you're having one.
Unpacked and checked together
Crate, pallet and wrapping come off and leave with us, and we look the stove over with you before we go.
Not included: fitting, connecting to a flue or hearth, and electrical work aren't part of white glove delivery. Tell us when you order if you need any of those arranged as well, and we'll point you in the right direction.
