What Makes The Decoflame LogicWood Bioethanol Burners Exceptional
Split Flame Technology
Separate flame lines let the ceramic logs sit naturally between the flames, rather than behind a single ribbon of fire. The arrangement reads as a genuine wood fire - the signature of the LogicWood series.
The Illuminated Ember Bed
Fine metal fibres glow within the flame for an ember effect, dark brown glass adds depth to the burner base, and integrated LEDs wash warm light beneath the logs. Layers of light, not just flame.
Control From Anywhere
Six flame levels including ECO-Wave, run from the Decoflame app, the remote control, or the built-in LCD panel. Set the fire for the room and the moment, without leaving the sofa.
Safety as Standard
Automatic emergency shut-off, spill and safety sensors, and continuous CO2 monitoring watch every burn. Electronic control means the fire answers to you - and switches itself off if anything is wrong.

About the Logicwood Bioethanol Burners
The Decoflame LogicWood Linear series rethinks what a bioethanol fire can look like. Where most bioethanol burners produce a single line of flame, LogicWood's Split Flame Configuration spreads the fire across separate flame lines - so lifelike ceramic logs can sit between the flames, over an ember bed lit from beneath by integrated LEDs. The result is the authentic look of a wood fire, with none of the chimney, flue or mess.
Three widths - 720, 920 and 1120mm - suit everything from bespoke furniture to full media wall installations, all built-in to non-combustible materials. Operation is fully electronic throughout: six flame levels including ECO-Wave, controlled by app, remote or LCD panel, with automatic emergency shut-off, spill sensors and CO2 monitoring as standard. Designed and made in Denmark by Decoflame.

Ceramic Logs and Ember Glow
Natural-textured ceramic logs sit over an illuminated ember bed of glowing fibre and dark glass. Integrated LEDs light the bed from beneath, adding warmth and depth even at lower flame levels.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Decoflame LogicWood Linear?
The LogicWood Linear is a series of bioethanol burners by Danish manufacturer Decoflame, designed for built-in fireplace installations. Its Split Flame Configuration spreads the flames across separate lines, allowing ceramic logs to sit between them over an illuminated ember bed - a bioethanol fire that genuinely resembles burning wood. Three widths are available: 720, 920 and 1120mm.
What is the difference between the Decoflame LogicWood Linear 720, 920 and 1120?
Width and flame length. The 720 is 720mm wide with a 450mm flame line, 2.9kW output and up to 10.2 hours of burn time; the 920 is 920mm wide with a 650mm flame, 3.9kW and up to 9.5 hours; the 1120 is the widest at 1120mm with an 850mm flame line. Controls, safety systems and the ceramic log ember bed are identical across all three.
Does the Decoflame LogicWood need a chimney or flue?
No. Bioethanol burns cleanly, so the LogicWood requires no chimney, flue or external venting. It is designed for built-in installation into non-combustible materials - walls, bespoke furniture and media walls - making it practical in rooms where a wood stove simply could not go.
How do you control the Decoflame LogicWood Linear?
Three ways: the Decoflame app over Bluetooth, the included remote control, or the LCD panel on the burner itself. All three adjust the six flame levels, including the ECO-Wave setting. A Smart Home Module is available as an option for integration with home automation systems.
What fuel does the Decoflame LogicWood use?
Standard bioethanol at 96.5-97.5% purity, widely available in the UK. Fuel consumption varies with the flame level you set - lower levels on ECO-Wave stretch a tank considerably. An external fuel pump with quick connection is included for clean, safe refuelling, and an Automatic Tank System is available as an option.
How long does the Decoflame LogicWood burn on a full tank?
The 720's 5.3-litre tank burns for up to 10.2 hours; the 920's 6.6-litre tank for up to 9.5 hours, depending on flame level. Figures for the 1120 are being confirmed with Decoflame - call us on 01628 290142 and we will get you the current specification.
What heat output does the Decoflame LogicWood produce?
The 720 produces 2.9kW (suited to rooms from 62m3) and the 920 produces 3.9kW (rooms from 85m3) - comparable to a small wood burning stove. The 1120's output is being confirmed with Decoflame. These are real heaters as well as visual fires, though they are best thought of as atmospheric warmth rather than primary heating.
Is the Decoflame LogicWood safe?
Yes - this is where electronic operation earns its keep. Automatic emergency shut-off, spill and safety sensors, and a CO2 sensor monitor every burn. The burner will not refuel while hot, and it switches itself off if anything is wrong. Bioethanol fires must always be installed and used to the manufacturer's instructions.
Can the Decoflame LogicWood be installed in a media wall?
Yes - media walls are one of its natural homes. The burner builds into non-combustible materials with a defined cut-out (for example 905 x 300 x 200mm for the 920) plus a 500mm air gap above and 250mm clearance below. Your installer works from Decoflame's technical drawings; we can talk through the requirements before you commit.
Who installs Decoflame bioethanol fires?
Our team installs Decoflame bioethanol fires within our local radius, working to the manufacturer's technical drawings. We also supply UK-wide for customers working with their own builder or installer - bioethanol installation does not require HETAS, but it does require care with clearances and non-combustible materials.
